Hey, I'm Sanjana.
Quick heads-up before you read on
SanjanaBlog is my personal website. It's not a company, it's not a service, and it's not connected to any brand I write about. I publish free guides here under the name "SanjanaBlog" — that's it. When I mention Amazon, StubHub, Netflix, or anyone else, it's only so we both know which product we're talking about. I don't offer paid support, phone help, remote access, account recovery, or anything official for these brands. If you need that, please go straight to them.
So here's the thing. I started this site because I got tired of searching for a fix and landing on pages that were clearly written by someone who'd never actually tried it. You know the kind — fifteen paragraphs of background before they get to the one step you needed, buried in an ad.
I'm not a company. I'm not a tech team. I'm one person who's pretty good at figuring things out, and who figured she might as well write it down properly while she's at it.
Most of what you'll find here started as a note on my phone at some odd hour, after I finally got something working. Amazon MyTV codes, Prime Video sign-in loops, StubHub tickets that wouldn't transfer — all of it. I wrote them up because I remembered how annoying it was to be on the other side of that search.
The only promise I make
If it's on this site, I've tried it, or I've researched it carefully enough to feel confident it works. No filler, no AI-spun padding, no "in conclusion, this article covered…" nonsense. Just the steps.
How this started
Honestly? It started with the Amazon MyTV code error. I spent way too long on it one evening — trying codes, restarting the TV, signing in and out — and when I finally got it, I realized there was no good guide online. Every result was either outdated, written for a different device, or just… noise.
So I wrote the guide I wished I'd found. Then another one. Then a few more. Eventually it turned into what you're looking at now.
I'm independent. Nobody pays me to say a product is good. If something didn't work for me, I say so. If there's a scam going around, I call it out — because I've seen people get burned by those fake "support" popups, and it's genuinely upsetting.
Who's writing this
That's really the whole story. No team, no agency, no content farm. Just me, a laptop, and a mild obsession with making instructions that actually work.
What I write about
Mostly the stuff people search for at 11 PM when something isn't working. That usually means:
- Amazon MyTV activation — codes that don't work, errors that don't make sense, sign-in loops that won't quit
- Prime Video troubleshooting — device limits, playback problems, the "why is it asking me to sign in again" thing
- Streaming devices — Fire TV, Roku, smart TVs, and the little settings that trip everything up
- StubHub — transfers, refunds, barcodes, and the scams that seem to follow all of it
If you're stuck on a setup screen and nothing online is helping, there's a good chance I've written about it. And if I haven't — well, that might be the next guide.
How I work
A few things I stick to:
I write it myself
Every article is written by me, in my own words. No AI spinners, no ghostwriters, no "content team."
I actually try it
If I can test a step, I test it. If I can't, I say so and explain where the info came from.
I keep it current
Apps and TVs change. When I find out something's outdated, I fix the guide. Simple as that.
I tell you the truth
If a guide has limits, I say so. If there's a scam involved, I warn you. I'm not here to sell you anything.
How the site stays free
This site is free to read, and it's going to stay that way. To cover hosting and the small costs of keeping it running, I show ads through Google AdSense and similar networks.
What that means in practice:
- Ads are picked by the network, not by me — I don't hand-pick them
- An ad being here doesn't mean I endorse what's being advertised
- Ads never influence what I write or how I rate something
- I don't accept payment for positive reviews or fake recommendations
- You can read more about ad cookies in the Privacy Policy
Editorial independence, plainly
Nobody pays me to change what I write. If I recommend something, it's because I think it's genuinely useful — not because someone paid me to say so.
Transparency, the short version
A few things worth saying plainly:
- I'm independent — not owned by or affiliated with Amazon, Google, or any brand I write about
- Not a legal entity — "SanjanaBlog" is a website/trade name for publishing free educational content
- No paid support — I don't offer paid technical support, phone support, remote assistance, account recovery, password help, activation services, ticket sales, or official customer service for any third-party brand
- Sponsorships are labeled — any sponsored or paid content is clearly marked
- Affiliate links are disclosed — if a link earns me a commission, I say so
- Mistakes get fixed — if I get something wrong, I correct it and note the update
- Privacy is respected — see the Privacy Policy for full details
One quick note
I make every effort to keep guides accurate and current, but technology changes fast. The steps that worked when I wrote a guide may differ slightly on your device, software version, or region. Use your own judgment, and check official manufacturer documentation for anything critical.
